This is the most annoying experience ever! The owner, refused to have any conversation on my concerns. Many issues such as picking up the car with NO gas in it, car dirty/dusty upon pick up day, squeaky brakes (even though they just put new ones in supposedly), owner making me believe that it was "easier" to just pay for new plates (even though it was not at all!) and most importantly- not following through on a free year warranty! What a deal! I just bought a Chevy Express van from this dealership. The car was mint and low miles. I got it at least $2k less than anywhere. They even threw in some freebies. I have already recommended a friend who also bought a van and is so happy. Sweet!
The only place to shop or your next car! I recently purchased a Lexus from this dealership. First, they volunteered to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle for any problems (there were none!). Then when I came back they helped me arrange for financing through a local bank that gave be an unreal rate even though my credit is not that great. Before I took delivery of my Lexus, they registered it for me and then showed me how to work some of the more complicated features of the car. I would not recommend anyone to do business at Car Connection. I bought a used car from them and shortly thereafter it broke down. I bought the car after being told it was in perfect condition. David is untrustworthy and refused to repair the car, which was still under warranty. Id be wary of buying anything from Car Connection. He could have properly diagnosed the car and repaired the car for me, but I had to take it to another mechanic to have it repaired.
