Kinney's was supposed to replace my main electrical harness after the rats chewed it. We agreed on a price $1800. It was to be ordered an take couple of days. When I picked up the car, turns out they DIDNT REPLACE THE HARNESS AS AGREED, they just REPAIRED it and discounted me $150. That's NOT what I agreed on! Even though they guarantee it for a year, we know if rats chew wires, the repair will NEVER be the same as NEW harness! The option was NOT discussed and yet I'm stuck with it! :-(
