walked in Saturday at noon. Walker around got absolutely zero acknowledgement of being in store. no "hi" no "be right with you" nothing no real display set up just stacks of products sitting along walls on the floor. remote start/alarms in factory boxes behind the counter where you cant look at them. Had tech out front trouble shooting a customers truck in parking lot. far cry from what you used to be when you were on state street.... so sad
RecommendedI have had these guys fix things that other people messed up installing their own carried product. Car concepts fixed it and they didn’t even carry it. Turns out the other guys installed their own product wrong.
kalob did an awesome job hooking me up with a sound system! if your looking to upgrade your car I would definately recommend going to car concepts.
I had some bad communication with these guys and ended leaving the store frustrated but they reached back out to me resolving our issues and I was comfortable going back they were very helpful and i appreciated there services and them going out of there way for me I will highly recommend these guys to all of my friends

Run! Avoid at all cost! Do not go here! They Took my money and didn’t complete the job ! These guys are thieves and crooks and I would avoid coming here at all costs. Lindsay is the new owner and is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. Tanner is the employee that stalled money from several people and is now being investigated by the police along with the business. I paid to get my rims and calipers powder coated and my car is halfway done after two months and they said too bad!!! They quoted me $600 for everything... read more
I bought my first sub from Car Concepts in 1998. 21 years later I am still a client. they are by far the best and most knowledgeable around.
