Sent me a text indicating the vehicle was available. I responded asking a clarifying question prior to committing to a 1.75 hrs. drive to see it. Never received a response.

we have never receive any text from you, please tell us which car and which number you have texted us, we have many calls and costumers from out of state and we will take care of everyone no matter how far they are, please let us know that we can follow with car gurus to give better service to our costumers.
Hanif is very knowledgeable, courteous and a trustworthy salesman. He allowed us to thoroughly inspect and test drive the car. The car was fairly priced and in good shape. Fair priced warranty options too. I'd buy here again.
I went in and did a finance application was told I’d be getting a call back in 2-3 hours. I haven’t heard back from them since. Tried calling to speak to someone no one picked up the phone. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! I had to drive an hour there and an hour back. Total waste of time!!

The customer service here is excellent, I overall recommend to ask for Hanif. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic.
Maria contacted me by email. When I did call back she was not in. The guy I spoke to on the phone very rude. Didnt even answer the phone wit this is the Car Co. He jus said hello I thought I had the wrong number at first. Very unprofessional, then I asked about 2008 Avalon and he said what about it very rudely.

Car had more millage than advertised but seemed to run fine. Dealer very helpful and friendly, seems to specialize in customers with not so good credit so price and financing a little high. Otherwise worth the trip for me to check it out.
