Got items stolen from truck. Owner seemed cooperative but never followed up with what he said. Admitted he knew who stole items but did nothing. Ray the owner doesn’t care about customers, only making a $ and washing his hands. Why hire people you know steal? Didn’t even really wash truck and got inside all muddy. Truck was brand new with 400 miles on it and they made it look terrible. Don’t use this company ever.
Awful. Rip off. They did not clean carpets or seats. Damaged all the trim around my windows with their polisher. Place was unprofessional, filthy, and very sketchy. Charged 150.00 and I couldn’t see that they really did anything Don’t go here! I posted pics of my truck, after they detailed it. See for yourself

I dropped my pickup off in the morning when I came to pickup it up that evening my windows, mirrors were not cleaned, my seats had not been cleaned but wet and my running boards were covered with something they spilled on them. I had to hang around and have them fix the problems I found it was cold and it was hard to stand around and show them the problems. However, They fixed the problems I found would I go back NO Do not understand how they got the 5 stars
Okay, let me just say that I just picked up my car from Car Clinic’s Auto Salon, and I am truly DELIGHTED with the transformation! They took my 7 year old Acura TL and made it look like the day I bought it off the showroom lot— inside and out. It’s so marvelous to have discovered Ray and his team, and their commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
