The shop did an oil change and tire rotation. All the work was performed efficiently at competitive prices. The person on the desk during my oil change, Chris, was especially clear and efficient.
Christopher and the Super Service team were great. My car had an air conditioning issue and then a spark plug issue -- two separate things that happen almost consequently. Super Service went above and beyond to diagnosis it AND most importantly to make sure the car was back in tip-top shape. They truly are dedicated to customer service.
A review of a different type: got into an accident on the freeway, thankfully was able to drive it safely into a parking lot with just a busted tire . . . and Super Service was open. Actually they were about to close, but Angel was awesome and took some time to help change the tire and we were able to get back onto the road within a few minutes. The fact that he took time at the end of his day to help out and *didn't even charge us anything* (I even asked!) speaks volumes to the kind of integrity these guys have. As if that ... read more
