I had an amazing experience at Car City especially with Vick. I contacted him before going in and he informed me the car I was interested in was already being sold however he assured me he could get another one just like it. Great experience. Vick was extremely helpful and got me into a 2011 M3 with no automotive credit history. When I expressed interest in the car, Vick put a hold on it to ensure that it wouldn’t sell before I could complete my financing application with the credit union and get approved. He walked me through the entire process. Vick also suggested a few local shops where I could get maintenance done on the car, and offered to have his paintless dent repair guy come fix a few dents at no cost to me. When it comes to making it happen VIC is YOUR GUY, i was in the market for an s2000 came in for a trade in and he made it happen. Trust me, Vic is the type of person to cater to his customers, goes above and beyond to make the process as smoothly as possible.
