My experience with Car City has been exceptional. Massive thanks to Lex, who made the process extremely smooth and convenient for me. Great customer service and experience. Definitely would recommend dealing with Lex.
Last weekend I went to car city to buy a car from the auto-factory. One of the salesmen, Phi, made sure me and my dad were taken care of the entire time we were there. He took us through all the car features and important notes. He made sure we felt confident in making a purchase and any time we had questions, he answered without making us feel uncomfortable. Even when payment was delayed he never complained and kept me up to date on what was happening with the system. Great guy and decent price on the car.
