If I could give 0 stars I would. Frank is a terrible car salesman and a liar. I received a Kia from them. While test driving it. I heard a noise. Frank insured me it was nothing major and would have his guy take a look at it. I end up taking it to get a diagnostic at Firestone and found that the vehicle needed new everything. Suspension, rotors, brakes, tire, and there was something in the engine creating the loud noise. The price was close to $5000. I told Frank he told me his guy would take a look at it.
