If I could give a 0 I would. We bought our son a car end of March 2026 and are still waiting on the title and plate. Turns out Frank buys repossessed cars with leins on them and can care less if the customer gets the title. After many call,texts and emails going unanswered by Frank, we have now reported him to the used car commission, and have leared he has been fined many times already!!
