13,000 miles on car and entire front end need rebuilt. Car also has coolant intrusion into cylinder 2. Service contract that they claim covers everything covered next to not and only pay a max of 95 dollars per service hour for labor. Good luck finding a shop that only charges 95 a hour for labor. Car city has deceptive practices and prays on people who don’t have good credit or knowledge of cars. If I could rate this a -100 stars I would, this place is so disgusting and a disgrace to the human world. This place is here to keep the Broke more Poorer than we already are, leasing a vehicle that is nothing but a piece of junk that has to be put in their precision claims approved shops just to not get new parts to fix the issues and be back in the shop within a couple months to do the same thing over again… pay more money even though your broke.!!!! BUYERS BE AWARE! KEEP SHOPPING: The deal was to good to be true. I had no issues with the financial department however the vehicle I purchased and received on December 9th, 2024 has already begun to have serious mechanical issues and I've only drove it around 270 miles. Called to make a claim with the warranty department and was told I will have a deductible and have to use an approved mechanic.
