My son had bought a car and has been in the garage since day one here we are he’s drove it for under the the 12 hundred miles and he almost had it a year come may do the math this company has laughed in my face while telling them this is ridiculous he pays his car payment on time and has no car it’s cost him work and it’s cost me with picking up the car I give no stars I’m just like wow and the costumer Service was just rude and unhelpful and hung up on me !!! I have never meet more ignorant management in my entire life. Don't ever buy a car from these people. They threaten you and they are down right mean.
Very unfriendly when contacting about payments was told they would repo car if payment not there the next day, it was only 24 hours past due date
I bought a car through car circus in Altoona. I had to have $2500 for down payment & the biweekly payments were not to high but I was very disappointed that they did not tell me my vechile was wrecked. I didn't know the car was wrecked til I had to replace the headlight, the housing was all cracked & taped together. I think of your going to sale vechiles you should be honest to the people & not top them off. Not to mention that the whole front head needed work, wheel bearings, lower control arms & I put tires on it like craz... read more
I was not very satisified with the way they treated me, Made 3 trips there. had to have a Co-signer, so i got one,They told us we would never have enough money to purchase the vehicle I wanted, then they turned all my private information & my mothers personal information into a private investigator. I would never recommend them to anyone....
Won't help me without 3000$ down payment, that's crazy because my credit isn't that horrible!
