This guy did a horrible job and refused to offer a refund after admitting it was terrible

Neil did an amazing job detailing my Subaru Outback, which was desperately needed. My baby looks brand new again! The entire process was a very easy and convenient location to my workplace in Kendall Square. He validated my parking ticket, payment was handled over Venmo and when he was finished he dropped the keys off at the garage security desk for me to pick up at my convenience. The pricing was also super reasonable for the amount of work he did. Highly recommend and definitely will be back in the future!
