MY EXPERIENCE TODAY THEY WAS VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY SARAH. CAME IN FOR AC CHECK TOLD ME I HAD TO HAVE APPT, BUT LAST WEEK IT WASNT NO APPT JUST A TWO HOUR WAIT. THERE IS NO SIGN UP THAT SAYS THEY DONT DO AC CHECKS UNLESS APPT IS AVAILABLE. THEY DECIDED TO CHECK MY AC SINCE I WAS THERE SINCE 7am . HE WAS ALSO RUDE AND HAD BAD ATTITUDE. USUALLY DONT HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE BUT TODAY MADE ME NOT WANT TO COME BACK VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
RecommendedHad a flat to start my day and I stopped by after work. I'm their USPS carrier currently, I chose to go there after work to support local businesses and they fixed my tire for free! While I was in the waiting room, I heard a customer say he drove 2 hours for an oil change there because he trusted them and had previous bad experiences with automotive shops. Give em a shot!
Went in for an AC problem, left with my engine light on. Got it checked elsewhere and my spark plugs conveniently went out. I know they have a reputation for scamming customers, and this experience proved it. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Bradley. Great honest workers there.

A lot of my friends recommended Car Care. I can say I was VERY pleased I picked them. What I thought were some major issues turned out to be not so bad. I spoke to Sarah & Jim called me to explain everything & on some of the issues gave me the choice & didn't try to sell me anything extra. He did an excellent job. I'm VERY happy & I'll be a return customer!
Have taken care of me and my family for close to 12 years. Helped out business vehicles as well. They do what they say and if there is nothing to be done you will be told that as well. Great people.

In Aug, I took my car to CAR CARE for a noise that was coming from my front passenger side. They replaced the tire rod, axel and bearing with a cost of $404.27 for parts and labor. When I picked it up it was still making the noise and I called and told them. Kyle the mechanic who replaced the axel said that it was my center support bearing which needed to be replaced and that they couldn't even find the part to replace it.
