The worst ever in my opinion These guys did such a horrible job. I had to have the work fixed at another shop, and I learned they had no idea what they were doing. My left and right speaker were hooked up backwards, my connections were not sodered, the wires were too small, there was extra wire that was forming a conductor and they equipment I did not need. Oh, and they drilled into my car's panel, AND cut the inner paneling, after I specifically told them not to do anything to the car's paneling, since the car was brand new... read more
Guaranty you can trust For an unknown reason my XM radio quit. When I took it in Ronnie immediately got me into the shop and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. No Charge! They live up to their word. If I ever need anything else for my cars I will surely buy it at Cat Audio Heaven. They are the greatest.
Better than expected After having my car broken into (for the 9th time, this time they tried to steal it but seem to have been scared off by a neighbor) I decided to have an alarm installed. I'd heard good things about this location, but they exceeded even those expectations. The only complaint I have is that they didn't have the model I wanted in stock, but they did knock quite a bit off the price of the next model up. Great service, great aftersale. The crew at Car Audio Heaven is first class. Tom, Jeff, Ronnie, Juan, and Jack are all friendly, trustworthy guys. Their pricing is fair and they are very professional. As with most car audio systems, I have had to return to the shop for adjustments. Everytime I show up in their service bay, I am greeted by guys ready to do whatever it takes to make my car sound its best. This is the third car I have brought in and will continue to use them in the future.
good installation services i had my car audio repaired and installed here. they are a very skilled workers and they always get the job done right. they dont have high prices and i like the customer service that they offer me every time. i think they are very professional and they do a very good job.
Awesome Services Unlike Tweeter, Best Buy or Circuit City, you can accually trust these guys with your car. They offer the best alarm systems ou there and they are always updated with the newest car audio technology. Though they don't display all of thier stuff, they do carry a really wide selection in thier catalog. They will not rip you off because you are really getting the quality you're paying for. They are obviously very expierenced and know what they're doing when it comes to installation.
Buyer Beware! I spent over $2100 on what I thought was an decent system for my 2010 Chevy Corvette. I don't appreciate any change in sound quality, just a big dent in my wallet. I don't appreciate being up sold and overcharged for the same items that I found on http://Amazon.com which were 50%-75% cheaper for the exact same product.
