Rod and Hayley were excellent to deal with at the administrative level, very helpful and friendly. At the Pimpama yard you couldn’t ask for better staff than Archie and John. Highly recommend, though I don’t think these people need the word of mouth praise as they were full. That itself speaks volumes. Whoever was in charge of employing these wonderful staff, well done. They are assets to the company.

We have just collected our car and racing yacht from the Jacobs Well facility after storing them there for 2 months. John and his team were friendly and provided excellent service, especially with helping us make sure that our boat trailer was ready for the road trip we were about to embark on.
