A very caring environment. We have been taking our animals to Dr. Chen for years, he has always been thorough and caring. Now that his daughter has joined his team, my cats have a new BFF an vet! Thank you both from my whole clan!!

We have taken our cats to Caputti for about 5 years now. We were immediately impressed by how the Vets really took the initiative to understand our pet's medical history and temperament. It showed us that they truly cared about their well-being as much as ours. You really don't get that in many animal hospitals today, especially with the big chains (VCA, Banfield, etc). We have been bringing our Coco, Demon, Boots, and Tiger to see Dr. S. H. Chen for almost 10 years now. He has always been engaging and compassionate with the kids. Unlike our previous experiences at other hospitals, he simplifies his explanations and we are never kept just sitting in a room for long periods of time before seeing a doctor.
Drs. Chen and Chen at Caputi Animal hospital have been our vets for our two little felines for several years! They truly care about the well being of our cats and have always taken such great care of cats. Once our feisty feline had clawed into Dr. Chen's hand, she didn't shutter and continued to care for our cat with such love and attention. They are the best vets we have ever had.
