I wanted to leave a review to try to help offset the bad reviews here. My husband and I have had a great experience renting from these people. I think it really depends on the house you’re renting versus the actual management. Signing a lease was a little difficult from out of town, but we were able to figure it out and we made it work. I’ve rented a lot of houses in a lot of places and I’ve never moved into a house that was as sparkling clean as the one that we moved into with Capuccio. They're great getting you into a lease. Not great with repairs needed. Then try to charge for things that were already wrong with the property. Military families beware. Take before and after pictures and document everything.
The staff is super friendly and easy to work with! We’ve been doing business with them for years and we have no complaints!
Applied for a rental and got approved. Move in date on house was advertised at dec 1st. Was ignored for 2 weeks and finally get in touch with someone they never give names. Now the place isn't ready... this company will take advantage of you
