We got our home security system done through captivate and have LOVED our experience. They prioritized the visual appeal by removing the ugly system that ADT had installed and didn’t even work and installing their sensors. We have sensors on all floors and the technician worked closely with us to make sure we were getting what was necessary to be safe in downtown austin, but also not spending on the unecessaries. I absolutely loved working with captivate. They did an incredible job installing new automated shades in our town home. The automated shades are high quality and silent, elevating the experience in the room. The color is the perfect match. Could not recommend Captivate more!
Always love our experience with Captivate. For the past decade, they've helped us stay current with our televisions and home audio needs. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone building a new home or upgrading.
Absolutly no response with catastrophic problems after spending $67,069.71 I only have 4 tvs that work, networking, a door bell/camera that malfunctioned that was taken out and refused to either put it back in or geve me a refund $1,500.00, and some speakers and pre-wire. That's all I got for $67,069.71. The largest ripoff I have ever encountered!!! Now getting stonewalled by the pathetic owner who has no business being in business. Don't walk, run away!!!
Absolutely worst company I have ever encountered!!! Too long of a list of bad behavior to describe from sales to management including and especially the owner Scott Benkendorfer. The most un-ethical bate and switch artist who ever stepped into the business arena. You simply can not trust this company to do what they say. The hype is just nauseating.
