I have a fear of going to the dentist but this experience was beyond incredible. The staff was amazing from all aspects. My dental hygienist was outstanding. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Then to sum up all of the spectacular care, Dr. Carter-Robinson put the perfect bow on to complete the service. Highly recommended ‼️‼️‼️
After an eight-month search for an adequate dentist, Dr. LeToiya clearly made me aware of her presence and availability by dropping into my DM. The demographics were right, so I cancelled an appointment elsewhere. The process of appointment setting was slightly cumbersome. I have always received superb professional service at Captivating Smiles. Dr. Carter-Robinson has always gotten to the “root” of any problem that I have ever had with my teeth. I highly recommend Captivating Smiles for all of your dental needs.
My experience with Captivating Smiles Family Dentistry was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I initially called and spoke with a male representative who was courteous, helpful, and clearly explained that my insurance needed to be verified before scheduling. He took my information and said he would follow up. When I called back the next day, I spoke with a different representative—an older woman—whose tone was immediately dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive.
