A complete mess from start to present. Nothing positive to say about the experience.
I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this office. The entire staff is responsive, courteous and professional. I am more than happy with the dental care provided.
I have a fear of going to the dentist but this experience was beyond incredible. The staff was amazing from all aspects. My dental hygienist was outstanding. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Then to sum up all of the spectacular care, Dr. Carter-Robinson put the perfect bow on to complete the service. Highly recommended ‼️‼️‼️
After an eight-month search for an adequate dentist, Dr. LeToiya clearly made me aware of her presence and availability by dropping into my DM. The demographics were right, so I cancelled an appointment elsewhere. The process of appointment setting was slightly cumbersome. However, the care shown on the day of service made me feel seen as a person and not just a patron, making all the difference.
