Got a pedicure in 35 minutes, I really just wanted my cuticles cut and cleaned. No polish o anything. I like that they set the timer for the appropriate amount of time for the massage. I got the second option for pedicure but to me it just seemed like what other places call a regular pedicure without the upcharge. My toes looked almost the same after the 35 minutes.. Regular mani pedi for me.. meh. Nail design for my GD was excellent by David.
We will never go here again. We went to get our nails done and they told us they were closed. Another mom and daughter walked in after us and they took them. They use to be good but they lost our business.
I had bleeding and Pain for a month. I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at a nail salon. During my visit, one of the technicians, who I believe started with the letter "A," was particularly careless while cleaning my nails. She used the drill so aggressively that she ended up scraping down to the flesh of my nail. This caused me excruciating pain that lasted for a month, affecting my sleep and daily life. I told one of the nail techs Tina to use acetone to remove the nails but instead proceeded to rip the acrylic nail with another nail and it was so excruciating painful that I almost cried and now my fingernail is so damaged that I don't even know if it's going to grow out or not
