Do not get gel/dip/etc removed here. I went last night to get my builder gel removed and my nails are now so thin that had to trim them all the way down as soon as I got home, because some were bending back. They are destroyed. This was a go to local spot for me to get a basic mani/pedi, but unfortunately, it does not seem like there is proper training on removal of gel/dip. Got a pedicure in 35 minutes, I really just wanted my cuticles cut and cleaned. No polish o anything. I like that they set the timer for the appropriate amount of time for the massage. I got the second option for pedicure but to me it just seemed like what other places call a regular pedicure without the upcharge. My toes looked almost the same after the 35 minutes..
