Had one of the best experiences I have ever had during a consultation. I felt heard, everything was explained in a way I understand and I love that I can pay monthly to keep up my 12 month treatment plan. No pressure. Wow, I’m blown away. I love how honest the nurse was about my body dysmorphia issues and offered counselling before we start my treatment plan in 6 weeks and start dissolving some of the old work I’ve had done over the years. Kassane has a high level of care and professionalism, and really takes the time to explain what your skin needs. Every treatment I've had has been great, and the quality of service is exceptional. I always feel completely looked after. Highly recommend.
The clinic is great. It love the 'less is more' philosophy. Always flexible with bookings and really listens to what you want
I was a bit nervous about looking fake, but Kassane did an incredible job! I look so natural now. The aftercare is also amazing. She even called me and booked appointments for me two weeks later, and she added more where needed at no charge. I highly recommend Captivate Clinic!
