Honestly, I don’t know what these reviews are saying about the staff. The woman who attended me was Blanca, and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. She made the whole experience smooth and treated me with respect. Great customer service from her.
Where do I begin? I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing dog waste problem throughout the community. It’s nearly impossible to take a walk or run around the lake without encountering dog poop everywhere. When I moved in, I was specifically told this was *not* a pet-friendly community unless the animal was a documented service animal. However, it now seems like the majority of residents have dogs including multiple large at times, aggressive breeds.
