I want to specifically recognize Honey for the exceptional service she provided me. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel future tenants deserve to know about my experience. I moved out on November 3, 2025, after submitting my notice to vacate and providing a forwarding address. I was also told in writing that if there were no balances or damages, I would have no problem receiving my security deposit back. Since moving out, I have spent nearly nine months repeatedly following up about my security deposit. I’ve had a different experience living here. In my time at the community, I haven’t had major issues with excessive noise or disruptive neighbors. Maintenance has addressed my requests, and I’ve seen effort from the staff to keep the property maintained. No apartment community is perfect, but based on my experience, it has been a decent place to live.

This looks like a mechanic's workshop in the parking lot.🤔🤔🫣🫣 Dogs off-leash continue to roam unchecked.😡😡 People have absolutely no respect for the rules. It is truly sad that a complex like this has been ruined by people like these—people who just do whatever they please😡😡—and that management does absolutely nothing about it.???
