I moved in last year and have had such a good experience from the beginning. The apartment is brand new and the rent so affordable for my kids and me. The management is so responsive, and they actually keep the place clean, which is a major plus. Especially being a low income community, it looks great nothing like the other low income places that’s I applied to that looked like trash. This complex is lowkey great.
Its great to live here. I live here for over two years and dont plan on leaving any time soon. The office and maintenance ppl, especially the manager, are wonderful. They keep the property very clean and the resident events are really cool. It's great to be where management cares and works hard to make residents happy.
I have been a resident at Captiva Cove Apartments for nearly five years, and unfortunately, my experience has significantly declined over time. One of the most serious issues has been persistent harassment from my upstairs neighbor. Despite numerous complaints to the leasing office, the situation has not only gone unresolved but has worsened.
