I wish I could put zero stars. I called to make an appointment to do insurance inspection, guy who picked up was rude and unhappy to take my call. Came in early for my appointment, the workers were all there not doing anything. They were rude and judgemental. I definitely dont recommend this place.

I chose Captan Auto after TireRack listed them as a recommended installer. While I scheduled the appointment myself, I went in with the expectation that they’d be a reputable and reliable shop based on that recommendation. I really wish I could read the bad reviews here before visiting this repair shop. Yesterday I passed by this shop and I wanted to fix the problem of my car. The fans has a strange sound and the front hood not closing properly. Later I was robbed by this shop owner. He looked at my car first and told me that the car needed to replace the fan motor and a cooling fan. He gave me a very high quote, which surprised me.
