Right on the Ohio River, Captain's Quarters is incredibly scenic and the food is good. They pour a good drink, and service is good. Our favorite server, Julie, even remembers my drink and favorite order even though we only come by once in a while. She provides particularly good service and goes beyond the usual to care for our needs. Highly recommended!
