RecommendedHad an excellent experience at Captain's Quarters. I walked in and explained that I needed to be measured for my brother's wedding, but that I was from out of town and wouldn't be purchasing today. Lou was extremely professional and courteous about taking my measurements, and I was out of there in 5 minutes with my numbers and having tried on a jacket! Highly recommend them for their positive attitude and great service.
Went in there to check things out and get ideas. Wound up purchasing a jacket because Lou was incredibly helpful. Not a pushy sales person, just a knowledgeable friendly guy. Thanks Lou!

I went in there to get fitted for a tuxedo that i wasnt buying from them and they made me feel like their best customer. I offered to pay and they said there was no need for that. Great experience and great customer service!! My next suit will be from here!!
When I was looking for a suit for all purpose use, the staff at Captains Quarters was hands down one of the best I have come across. With their spring sale I even got two suits for what I thought I would pay for one and they where tailored. Thank you for the great service and experience.
The Captains Quarters has outfitted me twice for a tuxedo in the last few years. Both times I was impressed with the knowledge of their team and their high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
