These are not luxury apartments. I lived here for 1 year and could not wait to move. The buildings are so dirty. They do not clean anything or vacuum. The same stains on the walls were still there when I moved out 1 year later. They keep the trash in bins on the floors and it attracts mice. We had 3 mice in our apartment that we had to deal with (also seen one dead in the hallway). The trash is always full and smells. The painting on the walls in the buildings was done half a**.
