This "hotel" called Captain's Lodge in Gloucester, Mass. (978-281-2420) was absolutely disgusting. We called the emergency night number and the person said that they couldn't do anything about it that late at night. The toilet did not flush, and they wouldn't move us to a new room. This is at 12:30am when we checked in after a 16 hr day of vending in Salem. There was pubic and regular hairs on the pillows, in the bed, in the shower and on the towels.
