good location, good enough pool for the price. the internet is only usable for basic things like email or maybe ordering a pizza but its way too slow for any kind of video at all the rooms arent that horrible but they do leave you wishing you had just picked a better hotel....
It's a nice small motel. Nice pool. Walking distance to the beach, and stores. The rooms are older, but that's ok because your at the beach, your not going to be in your room. The staff was really nice and accommodating.
This was our first time ever staying here, and overall we had a great experience. The rooms are definitely dated and will take you back to your childhood, but they were clean and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing—they take excellent care of the property, provide fresh towels every day, and handle any issues almost immediately. When I checked in the woman at the front desk took forever to come out and she didn't want to until she figured out who I was. It smell like dog pee. My neighbor who also worked for them aggressively knocked on my door and made a complaint about the TV being too loud. Some how the TV was too loud over the AC. The staff took his side and was aggressive. I asked for a different room and they refused to give me one, although I had already paid for 7 days. I have been coming here since 1985, it’s a small locally owned motel. The people that work here are always very friendly and some even know you by name, a short walk to the beach. I had much rather come here than go to any motel in Myrtle Beach…. Will continue to come here as long as my health allows.
