Poor service and responsiveness. Door would not open (Broken door mechanism) and it took more than a month to fix with no contact or updates. Had to write a letter to get local authorities involved before we could get a response
The last 2 years, Captain's Cove has come under new ownership and the quality of the facility, responsiveness, communication, and customer service have all had a dramatic negative shift while the price was raised significantly after the purchase. The previous owners did an amazing job with upkeep around the facility. It was always mowed, trimmed, and sprayed for weeds. This was never even the smallest issue.
