Great place for fresh crabs! Good service and clean.
They are get over that's why they take your money once you you in your bag it's not what you paid for in wouldn't refund my money back then had a nerve to tell me get out.
Whoever the owner is should really discuss customer service with their employees. Very shocking that this establishment would have employees intentionally lie to their customers. They knew the crabs were not jumbos and took out 6 really small crabs that were at the bottom of the not so much bigger crabs on top. This was misleading and lieing to their customers. Always have a good crabs from Captains Catch. Price is always fair & recommend them all the time.
I called on Thursday to place my order for a bushel of medium crabs. I asked how it worked and they told me the price and recommended placing the order to hold the crabs and asked for a pickup time - great! Except when my husband went to pick them up the jacked the price up 40%. 40%!!!!!! I certainly understand supply and demand, but they knew it was Memorial Day weekend when I placed my order. Best crabs!!! I called yesterday not knowing if I'd get any since it was a holiday weekend. I was told there were only a few left ok I'll take them,First time this season definitely not the last!! Oh & those hush puppies & crab sauce A+++ I want to thank the employees for always being so kind & accommodating!!
