Beautiful night at Captain's! The brisket sandwich was perfect, Ahi Tuna tacos absolutely delicious, and the kids got to finish their meal with Scoop's Ice Cream. Our family loves Captain's. Such a unique experience with good food and friendly service.
A kiosk has been set up and it's really clear that customers should request a table and be seated as they arrive. I opted for the bar seating since I was traveling alone. After the bar was wiped and it air dried, I begin to relax. The Bartender was a little defensive bordering on hostile when I first arrived, but warmed up within a few minutes. Had a great time. My hubby had fried catfish platter and I had blackened catfish platter. Our waitress, caylee, was very sweet and checked on us often. We're definitely coming back.
We've eaten at Captain's many times as a family and have always enjoyed our experiences. Last night (Saturday, June 6), our party of 11 arrived around 6:20 p.m. knowing we'd likely have a wait since we couldn't secure a reservation.
