Price was fair, service was great, personable, and (most important in this instance) very timely. On the return leg of a Texas-Maryland road trip, we shredded a belt twice on our ‘09 Odyssey (with only 240k miles). Both times the battery wasn’t being charged, and power steering was out. On the second time, we limped into Captain’s after 5:00 pm, and he had us back on the road the next morning, and we had no further trouble. Many thanks!
Had a flat tire on rainy Sunday morning (in middle of long family trip). They found the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. In how many small towns on a Sunday could we have found someone to do this? Few, I think! THANK YOU CAPTAINS 24/7!
