Recommendedmy husband and I were in Captain Woody's for dinner on Tuesday July 30, I had the parmesan crusted tilapia sandwich with potato salad, both were very delicious. My husband had the best beer battered shrimp ever. Would highly recommend. Thank you
the service is excellent they are so nice and the food is amazing when i come down here for vacation i have to make a stop at captain woody's i got the combo 2 fried shrimp and flounder it was so good
Terrible service. We waited 2 hours and half of the tables were empty. Unbelievable for the busiest week of the year. Then our server was very unfriendly. Acted like we were annoying her. I won’t be back. It’s changed so much. We’ve been going for years... but this is our last time.
Tried to eat here today at about 2:30. Even though the hostess told us they were open and seated us at a table, no one ever showed up to take our order, etc. After sitting there and being ignored by both the bartender and the hostess (not their job, right!?) we finally got up and left. They weren't even busy! Very disappointing because we had eaten there a few days earlier and wanted to go back because the food was so good!
Good food. Friendly service. Live music. One of our favorite restaurants on HHI.
In our opinion this is the very best restaurant on Hilton Head Island. We having been going there for yrs. The very best He Crab Soup! We are so full we can barely move 😊. Thanks Captain Woody's for another great experience. Happy 4th Of July! ♥️🇺🇸🎉

The service is fast and friendly. All the food we ordered was delicious
Great food and service. We enjoyed the smaller atmosphere and outdoor waiting area. One of the best places we ate at during our stay at Hilton Head.
