I had an outstanding experience with Rafael at Captain Window. He did an excellent job on the repair and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and paid close attention to the details. The quality of his work was excellent, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. Our kitchen window was rotting away, and I only needed one window to be replaced. I called around, and Captain Window gave me an extremely reasonable quote to replace it. His quote was the best I found, and his work is superb! He always kept me up to date on everything from when the window would be delivered to what time he was coming. And the finished product was just amazing! The window looks fantastic! I highly recommend Captain Window. He was extremely professional and very fairly priced. Great Job! We are thrilled how our new windows look!! Rafael and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish, communicated very well on when he would arrive, worked very fast and efficiently. His attention to detail is Spot on! When they left there was not a spec of mess anywhere, you never knew they were there! I would not hesitate to use them again, as a matter of fact they are coming back to do more windows for us, you will not find a better company!
Good communication, great work, reasonable price. Highly recommended.
