Great food. Byob, lobster rolls, casual experience. View of the boats and water is relaxing
First time here, very good! Pretty quick for how many people were there.
Not only is the food outstanding, but today as my family and I were eating I saw a frail elderly couple standing in line. The line was at least 30+ min long. I went to the counter and mentioned it to the woman at the pickup counter. 5 min later she came out, took their order and escorted them to a table in the shade. This is a fantastic establishment with top notch, hard working, caring employees. Kudos for restoring my faith in humanity!!!
First I will say I have been there a few times but never stayed because of the massive lines. We had a lobster roll. The bread was soggy. The fries where undercook. We had clam powder that tasted like it was from a can. I was disappointed. I heard a lot of good thing about this place. Really wish new London had a good restaurant.
We ordered a bowl of clam chowder and a lobster roll, (hubby and I split the order) in his half of the roll was a hair, and the lobster was way over cooked and not one clam in our soup. With all these deficiencys not worth the $$$!
