Horrible person to work with. Indecisive compulsive uncertain Manipulating controlling OCD liar that you could never make happy no matter what you do!! Stay far far far away from him. Many flags went up and I should of walk away before it started. Make sure you record your conversations with him you might need them to prove what he said. Even though we had everything in writing it still was a nightmare. Shame on you Ron lies lies lies.
