Five stars to Nassim and Captain Plumber. We had a complicated plumbing situation arising out of a house flood. Nassim came and scoped our line and was able to provide answers that another company missed. He provided the documentation we needed for insurance and handled our situation with professionalism and expediency. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Nassim was great. Very pleasant, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He was patient and informative about the process of the hot water tank install, and left everything tidy and clean when he departed.
