Carl was very friendly and professional when I called to get a quote on services. I've also known him for over a decade and he's been very kind to me.
Our kitchen sink was clogged, and my husband's meager skills weren't enough to unplug it. We called in the afternoon, and Carl was here within about 2 hours. He checked out our whole plumbing system before starting the work, then diagnosed the problem. He went to work and had the sink unclogged within about 40 minutes. Carl once again saved the day with my recent leak in the ceiling! This was Carl's 4th time over to help with different issues, including a water heater replacement. Not only did he fix the problem but he explained in a clear and easy manner to help prevent it from happening again, as well as how to fix things on our own If it were to happen again.
