Captain Luey's is the restaurant to go for GREAT food, FABULOUS service, FRIENDLY family atmosphere and an overall GOOD time. My wife and I try to eat there at least once a week. My favorite is the broiled salmon - it's luscious!!. My wife varies her entree. Their coleslaw is the best in town. If my wife orders her favorite chicken salad, she still orders the coleslaw. Best restaurant in BC!!! – This is great family restaurant. I got the grilled salmon and my husband got the salt and peppered catfish and jumbo shrimp. The portions were huge. The complimentary hushpuppies were unbelievable! The kids ate for free because it was a monday. I will definately be back!!!
Great Seafood Captain Luey's is an excellent seafood restaurant featuring calabash-style food. However, the menu also has a wide variety of other items, as well. The hush puppies are fabulous! The atmosphere is charming and they have clever ideas for entertaining children while waiting for meals, as the kids each get a container of goldfish crackers, crayons, paper and choices of various fish books to read. Exceptional choice for your seafood craving!
