Beware!! I booked with Captain Limo for an elementary school fundraiser reward. The only communication I had from them was initial confirmation. I called multiple numbers, emailed, etc. the day before we were scheduled to make sure they were coming. No contact. Day of they did arrive, but the driver said he was hearing strange noises and asked if I wanted to continue. THEY ARE THIEVES! BEWARE!!! We hired this company for a hummer rental to look at holiday lights. Were charged 500.00 on our card. The driver never showed up and when he called us (at an hour late) he was 2 hours from our pick up location. Ruined our night. I reached out to the manager/owner who apologized, offered to "try again" another night. I said no, we wanted a refund. He assured me we would have a full refund first thing in the morning as he was driving at the moment. Then even said he would also give us a 3 hour free ... read more
I used them for my friends birthday awhile back They were 40 mins late. But the driver did make it up. He said he give me an extra hour an a half for free. Was very apologetic. I order just a limo and they upgraded to a suv cause apparently they were out of just the lino for no additional charge. Which I was so okay with. They made me look like I was balling. I loved the driver. We were acting crazy and he was real relaxed. He met all our needs. I wish I remembered his name. He deserves a promotion

Ride the dart rail system, people its only. $5 and strait to downtown, these people dont have any limos save your money, was charged for a limo, sent me a suv, should have charged me less, cause it was NOT A LIMO, BUT CAPTAIN LIMO CHARGED ME THE LIMO RATE, I TOOK BACK THE DART RAIL SYSTEM AND SPENT $2.50 FROM DOWNTOWN DALLAS TO DFW AIRPORT TERMINAL A
I love their services, now I'm a VIP customer with them, they are very professionals on what they do, I have done my 3 quiceaneras, and use them on weddings as well, I just use them for my wedding on may, they are just wonderful and patients with me, I just feel spoil by them, thankyou captain limousine!!! ;)
