At the recommendation of O'Reilly Auto Larts I brought my headlight bulb in to be changed. Sign says light bulb replacement $9.99 (includes their bulb). They. charged me $30. to replace my own bulb. Major fraud!!!!
They always do an amazing job with all of my vehicles. Most honest shop in town. I will always be a customer.
Very poor customer service. The first time I had an issue they closed earlier then their sign said and after saying something very reluctantly gave me a free car wash. But the last straw was I went by there to use their "free vacuums" and was told I couldn't use them without buying a car wash. First of all I have gotten several washes (not my first punch card) there without using the vacuums so why can't I use them other times. I love the vacuums! The suction is amazing. Sometimes the lines can be long, but they get your car in and out quickly. I love the one price for the oil change and car wash. I wish they sold real chamois-type towels, but there is a Big Lots in the same plaza. I will be back.
