Had the most horrific experience at captain Joe’s. Do not use this company they are scam artists. We rented a boat for my family with young kids we all show up and there was no boat. He claims it broke down but considering he didn’t even call to tell us before we drove a full hour to get there I think he’s lying and just over rented and had none left for us. AVOID this company at all costs. We had a personal experienced boat captain take us out on one of their boats for the day. When we got back we got our security deposit withheld stating that we damaged the prop. We had before and after pictures and COULD SEE NO damage at all, but there's nothing we can do to get our money back and they kept our deposit. The second issue is that they WAY overcharge for fuel. Look at the sign in this picture, this is how they make their money, by withholding peoples security deposits

Worst place ever. Scott is a scammer and they wouldn’t give me my security deposit back. They call the police on you and steal from you. Stay away!!!!!

I was in town with my family for my parents 50 Anniversary so we surprised them with beautiful boat ride around the bay, when we got there our champagne was already cold that I dropped of the day before and Capt Camilo waiting for us by the entrance, the Tiara Boat was great and more than enough for 8 people. This place rocks

I had already visited Captain Joe's before, so I decided to come back there but time my boyfriend and I rented the House Boat and we had a great and romantic time. It was very peaceful and gorgeous place. Captain Joe had a very affordable price for us and they had free parking which really helped.

I had a great experience as my first time in a boat as I didn't know nothing about boats, Captain Joe explained in details all options he has for rental and helped me choose the best cost and benefit boat. I am from Brazil and came to Miami for vacation, looked online for boat rentals. Was such a pleasure to rent a boat with him.

Thank you crew (Captain Douglas & Freddy ) and our fabulous hosts! The yacht was gorgeous and more than we ever expected. Every minute, stop and encounter was a great memory! Captain Joe rental was a perfect way to go. Thank you for the friendships, you are all very special to us.

Went out with a bunch of my friends for my birthday and had a blast. We got to bring our own drinks which was nice and our captain took us to a beautiful sandbar that we stayed at the for the day. Captain Joe was very nice and gave us a beautiful boat to go out on for great price that was just in my range! I will be back soon.
