Horrible service I asked if he can tell me what day he changed the grease. He told me straight up no so I can't figure out whether or not I'm getting fresh chicken. Then hung up in my face and was completely rude. Worst service in the history of food.
I've been here multiple times and I love their chicken it's hot fresh and yummy. All captain Jay's aren't created equal but this one in hamtramck and the one on 7 mile and van dyke are hands down the best.
Discussing chicken and fries the seasoning salt they use is cheap never eat there you will regret it
Great customer service provider. Their food is so delicious and take only few minutes to prepare my order. I am the regular customer. I also recommend to everyone to visit the store. They accept ebt and they have special on Monday and Tuesday for 2 pc leg and thigh for only 1.49.
It seems like things are not run right and they just opened! The day they opened I called to place an order and they told me they were closing early, them the next day had big opening and because they were giving away free chicken you could not place an order. They never have peach cobbler and the customer service does not even exist at this location. I know the chicken is made fresh but it doesn't take 30 minutes to cook some chicken wings!!!!!!

Get over there and get sum of those wings and fish with extra lemon pepper seasoning. I think their food is addictive. Hell i want sum as i type and think about it-now! Its the bomb-diggity :^)!!
I was shocked when I tried to place an order, and was repeatedly hung up on. The girl answering the phone was new and didn't knw the menu, so instead of asking for help from her co-workers she hung up on me. I called again to speak with the manager, and of course there was no manager in the store! I spoke with two different black girls who were rude and unprofessional.
