We had a fantastic experience with Captain Jack's!! I called ahead of time to get some information on age requirements for renting and operating jet skis and they were VERY friendly, helpful and patient! They answered all of my questions and properly set my expectations for what we'd need to do when we arrived. I had called a competitor first and couldn't ever get a live person on the phone. Had the itch to go for a ride in the bay. Talk about no hassle, straight up guys. The equipment was in good shape their service was great. Prices were reasonable. They got me out on the water fast and they don't even start your time till you get out in the bay having fun! I'm already thinking about going back out for another ride.
Mike, Mike, and Carson were amazing! Very helpful and nice! My family and I had so much fun on the jet ski! Our first time and I'm glad it was here! We will be back! Thank you all again so much!
Their prices seem expensive but researching other similar places they seem to be on par with the rest. The guys were very helpful in making sure we fully understood operation of the equipment and general safety. It was certainly a blast and if we ever come back we will absolutely use them again
Excellent and professional staff. Mike is great and very safety conscious with the customers. The wave runners ran perfect and were in great condition. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for making my sons 18 th birthday a great time!
We have been coming here for years and we enjoy being able to rent a chair and umbrella while the kids play on beach. We always rent a jet ski for an hour every summer, which the boys love! The best part is the employees who work there every summer always remember us! We have tried staying at other hotels in the past but none of them have businesses like Captain Jacks. Great place. My family and I, had a great time. This place is on Corpus Christi bay. You can see Port-A from here. Don't have to worry about rip currents or seaweed. The people were very helpful and nice. Will be back later in the summer.
Great service! I called a day before and they were very clear about everything, The workers Michael and Jorge help us, amazing customer service, they got there and made the process fast and we got on the jetski pretty fast, and we had a blast. Thank you for the experience!
