Lucas was amazing, fixed my issue with speed and courtesy, very professional, just very easy to work with. Made sure the issue was fixed before signing off. Greatly appreciate his help.
This morning Captain IT assisted in reconnecting to the VPN for Miller Architectural Corporation due to Firewall updates. The setup guidance was easy and Lucas guided me through the process. I requested through Lucas if we are allowed to have two VPN accounts / logins since i travel for the company and like to use the small laptop when travel by air. Josh immediately contacted Admin for approval. The attention given by Lucas was above expected. Thank you Captain IT for the continual great service.
