They do good work I brought in a car stereo given to me by a friend, better than the factory installed system in my car. They installed it quickly and accurately, but obviously they thought it was inferior equipment because they were laughing with each other about it and called it Mickey Mouse. Evidently they didn't think I could hear them. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job, but I think they could try to be more professional around customers.
Shady Treatment I had a stereo installed today, and received some very shady treatment. 1st off, I was quoted an extra hour of labor, which was to bypass my amp. I did some research, and realized that they did not need to bypass my amp. I called them, and let them know, and threatened to go to Best Buy, and they left a voice message on my phone, informing me that I would only be changed with 1 hour labor. They also told me that they are superior to Best Buy, and that they fix their mistakes all the time. I went in today, to ... read more
