Went through the drive-thru at 5pm today one person was eating in the restaurant so they were open sat at order speaker for 5 min. No one ask to help drove around no one at the window waited a couple minutes no one came honked my horn no one came I was the only person in the drive-thru customer service doesn't exist here.
The service was great, The fish was fresh and hot. I havent had Captain D's in so long I had forgotten how good it was.
If I could give the service a -1 star I would,Maleah was working the window and was the rudest person I’ve ever come across at a drive through!she had an attitude for no reason at all. I asked for hot sauce and was told “look in your bag” got home there wasn’t any and no silverware I also had to turn around to go back for my drink which I paid for a large lemonade and received a small. Food was much better than usual today. Cashier was very nice and actually took the time to show me the order before it was bagged,I appreciated this. Everything was as ordered, with ample sauces. A welcome improvement overall.
Took forever to get food and wasn't told it was being cooked fresh until after I asked 3 times. Fish was fresh but fries were rubbery and awful they definitely were not fresh
