Nasty, all tables were dirty with trash on them. The drink machine was filthy with carbonation running no drinks. Old lemons in the drain of the machines. Trash around the condiments which was not any condiments. This place needs the health board to come in and check ASAP!!! Poor management and the guy taking your order rude!!!!
Flys had fill the pickle and pepper container I told 2 employees and I also told the manager it was still like that when I got through eating. They've got used to making money now they're going to turn in restaurant into a zero the manager is very rude this place is going down
Not sure who’s keeping this place in business. Service is HORRIBLE. After waiting nearly 15 minutes I go to check on my food and it’s sitting in the window and it’s stone cold. Asked for a refund and was ignored. Never again, this place needs to be condemned. Why is it dirty and serving customers cold food at 11am?! YUCK
The lobby is clean but the customer service was so terrible it out weighs the overall experience and the food quality is very poor, night shift manager jack is the worst
