The service sucks at Captain D's in Franklin.
Food was very good. The order was prompt and accurate. The staff were friendly in our mobile order was ready when I walked in the door.
Drive-Thru is dreadfully slow. If there are just a few cars in line then just keep driving.
I placed my order through doordash pick up. Either I messed up or dash did but Mrs Heather at the window made it all right!! Perfect customer backup service
