At our Columbus, MS location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Me and my girlfriend waited 30 minutes after we paid to until we got our food. We pit our order in at 8:10pm and didnt get food until 8:45pm
After seeing the Lobster Feast advertised on TV, my friend and I decided to try an order. The order consists of 2 lobster rolls and a side of your choice. Captain D's has many side orders to chose from and we chose a baked potato. I was surprised that the lobster rolls were really good. The baked potato was also good and very hot. The only thing that would make this order better is if the lobster rolls were larger, but for the price it's not a bad deal. Not trying to bash..but today i have found that CaptainDs have changed the fish that they use. Lady said cant get usual fish( white fish maybe) from Russia right now. Its called Swai fish. No thanks i googled it. I will include what i found in pics. Just wont be eating there again until a change is made.
